The management team of Grid Projects have a wealth of experience in a wide range of building projects. All Grid Projects staff have the relevant qualifications and experience to ensure your project is completed on time, budget and of the highest quality. Your site will have a dedicated site manager who will be on site 7am-5-00pm Monday to Friday and 8am-1pm Saturdays. A project manager will oversee the site manager and will be responsible for the administration of your project. Your dedicated site manager will hold a current Senior First Aid Certificate which is required under the Occupational Health and safety act 2000. A copy of the site specific safety plan will be held on site. A sample of what is contained within this plan may be provided upon request.

Contractors selected by Grid Projects are licensed professionals with a long reputation of completing the highest quality of work. References for finishing trades can be provided upon request. Each trade is requested to issue the project manager a certificate of currency for workers compensation and public liability before the commencement of work on site. Copies of these insurances are held in the site specific safety folder on site.
